Soon Here started with a simple observation: on any given afternoon in Potters Bar, there is a salon chair sitting empty, a table for two going unbooked, and a class with room for one more. Meanwhile, someone a few streets away would have happily taken any of them — if only they had known.

We are not a voucher site and we are not interested in racing local businesses to the bottom on price. The thing being sold here is timing. A good independent business with a quiet Tuesday does not need to slash its prices; it needs to be visible to the right person at the right moment.
