1. What Soon Here does
Soon Here is a listing service. We show availability published by independent businesses in Potters Bar and pass your details to them when you claim a space. We are not party to the arrangement between you and the business.
2. Claims
A claim is a request for a specific space at a specific time. The business is responsible for honouring it, for the service provided, and for any payment taken. Please contact the business directly if your plans change.
3. Business responsibilities
Businesses must be genuine, hold any licences their trade requires, describe offers accurately, and honour claims they accept. We approve businesses by hand and may suspend or remove any listing or account.
4. Free period and pricing
During the launch period, approved businesses may publish two offers per week free of charge for two months. After that, continued publishing requires a paid subscription of £15.99 per month. Pricing may change with notice.
5. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Soon Here running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Offers expire automatically and may be claimed by someone else before you.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a business failing to honour a claim, from the quality of any service, or from inaccurate listing information.
