What we collect
If you claim an offer we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the number of spaces and any message you write. If you register a business we collect your account email and the business details you enter.
Why we collect it
Claim details exist for one reason: so the business can expect you and get in touch if something changes. Business details are shown publicly on your listing and profile page once approved.
Who sees it
The business whose offer you claimed, and the Soon Here team for support and moderation. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Claim records are kept while they are useful for the business's records and removed on request. Business accounts are kept until you ask us to close them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@soonhere.co.uk and we will action it.
Cookies
Soon Here uses only the storage needed to keep business owners signed in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
